Shipping and Returns Policy

Positive Kids Publishing ships to over 150 countries worldwide! Please check during checkout for your country. 

SHIPPING TIME

Because I Can Do This and So Much More! is printed on-demand, production time for your order is usually 7 - 10 business days. Depending on the shipping speed selected, expect another 3 - 5 business days for delivery. 

Digital products are delivered immediately to your inbox. 

WRONG ADDRESS

Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered at purchase. Because orders go to production within hours of ordering, there is a very small time gap to cancel your order or to change the address. 

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at kathi.reuter@gmail.com as soon as you place your order. If it is possible to make the change, we will, however, this can't be guaranteed. 

If the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping fees.

RETURNS

By placing an order with Positive Kids Publishing, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Positive Kids Publishing.
